Becoming one of the most famous sushi chef in Markham
In 2020, Ivan decided to pursue his dream. With the encouragement of his friends and family, Sushi Umi was created. In order to let people from various backgrounds enjoy the Omakase experience, he chose Markham as the location for his new restaurant.
